So, a friend and I today decided to change our relationship statuses to say that we are engaged and now I am waiting to see what the rest of my friends on fb have to say about that. Most will be surprised to see that it says I am an in a relationship for one because I've never been in a relationship. And two, it is a big deal because my co-conspirator is a girl. Now, you must understand, we are not really dating or engaged as fb says. We are just playing around and I honestly want to see what my friends and family have to say about me 'dating' a girl. Most will probably be disgusted and supportive, but I want to see who will actually stand

Canon EOS Rebel XS!!!!!! It was a late/early birthday present as well as an early Christmas present!!!! It came in a kit that had a canon bag, 2GB Sd card, and a CD tour of the camera. I absolutely LOVE this camera. I've already taken 142 pictures with it and love them all (including the fuzzed out ones from having the setting wrong, or just playing around)!! What makes this present even more amazing is that once I get some money flowing in from my job, I can get my film camera fixed.... which is a Canon EOS Rebel XS as well :3  When my friend was moving out of state, she knew she was never going to use it and that I would love to have it so

Well, tomorrow I was planning on getting up at the crack of dawn to head to a spring near my house.  It's about 3 in the AM and as of yet I have not fallen asleep....hence this journal being brought to life.  I'm planning of taking my wetsuit, booties, and snorkel set out with me and having a look around the spring.  I doubt there will be many people in the water since it has been relatively chilly outside recently.  The water should feel warm since it's a constant 70-something but the air will be a harsh contrast to deal with. Now that I have that said, I guess I must try and get some sleep before the sun peaks over the horizon line. Good
